We're happy to share some of our favourite Lean games that our team have played in our morning meetings, demonstrating Lean concepts and team building.

Creating a culture of out of the box problem solvers isn't always an easy task! Whilst we do host a meeting everyday for our entire company to come together and knowledge share, we've seen huge increase in our teams confidence through the introduction of these games.
