  • Do you have a physical Store?
    All of our Lean thinking products are sold through our online shore. Unfortunately, we do not have a store for you to come and view, touch, taste (eww) our products. However, if you have any further questions regarding an item, let us know and we will be happy to shoot you a video to help you make a decision!
  • How long will my order take to be delivered?
    All of our Lean thinking products are picked, packed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order (during the business week) and delivered on an express service. ​ Shipping charges are based on destination and weight to the UK. ​ Our shipping destinations include: Mainland... England, Wales & Scotland. ​ We also offer collection from our warehouse at Alfreton, Derbyshire. To do this select collection at the checkout.
  • Can I collect my goods?
    Yes, you are welcome to collect your goods from us! Please select this option at the checkout, make your payment and wait for the green light. All of our products are in stock (unless stated on the products page), however we still need a few business hours to pack your goods. Therefore please do not arrange collection until you have been notified.
  • Restricted goods
    Our packaging knifes are a restricted product and should not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with us, means that you accept these Terms & Conditions of Sale. If you are purchasing restricted goods, means that you are over the age of 18 and we reserve the right to ask for proof of age as we see fit.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once your order has been despatched, you can no longer cancel it with us. Once the items have arrived to you (if you still feel the same way), drop us an email with your order number to contact@limegreenlean. Once we have received your email and given the green light, just send your items back along with your packing note.
  • Returns
    You have 30 days to change your mind about your purchase. Before you organise any returns, please email contact@limegreenlean.com to advise us of your wish to return the unwanted goods, along with your order number. Please Note : The goods must be unused in their original condition. All Sale items are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Missing or damaged items
    Please send an image of the products you have received to contact@limegreenlean.com, along with your order number.
