To be an organisation listed on the UK Lean Hub, the most important thing to know is that you will be "paying it forward"

on behalf of the other organisations that have taught you about Lean. So you are agreeing to the following:

​

  • To mentor others on Lean and your Lean journey

  • Allow others to tour your facility

  • Actively producing before/after improvement videos that are available to share

  • Living up to the 2 Second Lean model
